Elvictor Group and all of its valued Branches, of legal entities, provide the online application, as a means of Internet Office, meaning giving the ease to remote seafarers to apply online from far away, without having to visit our branch offices.

At the same time, hereinto, we do not guarantee to any applicant and we have no legal obligation against him/her or opposite him/her to accept any online applicant.

On the other hand, if the information were not fulfilled in the proper and instructed way, immediately this application would be invalid and discarded, based on the rules and regulations of Elvictor Group and of all its succeeding levels of its organization, as mentioned also on lines on the intranet pages of the online application form.

For accepting online applicants, the applicant must fulfill all of our needs, also our principal needs and have the appropriate skills, behavior and ethics. Also there are many more determinants that are too detailed, and in order all these to meet, the process of selection and recruitment takes time, and is done only when the seafarer visits our branch office(s) in order to revalidate all of his/her information and pass through selection procedures.

In case the applicant states a wage on his application form, and then he will demand higher than the one he/she stated when he is under the process of Selection & Recruitment, we will immediately send the matter to the Court of Law, and to the appropriate governmental agencies and Municipalities of his/her home country for violating our Group' s procedures and operations with respect to our ethics, and to intentional violation of the intellectual property called 'online application form', which is uploaded to the internet, under supporting international laws concerning the Internet and its use, under secured channels, with a high sensitive database, used by our companies below the umbrella of Elvictor Group, causing in such way problems to all business entities in various countries.

This application form is burdened with International legislation and not only of the current country. That means any misleading or falsified information is a criminal offence, and violators would be prosecuted to the Court of Law, for misleading information and for non – ethical offences of co-operation.
